mandarin with ick?

has anyone personally seen or had a mandarin with ick. i thought i saw one with ick at the LFS today. it was more of just bumbs the same color as the skin it was on, not white. i have heard they can get it, but most people say they cant

never heard of it.. Guess it's possible...
