missing Blood Red Fire shrimp

I looked in the tank this morning and found peices of the shrimps molt. I can not find it anyware and I dont have anything agressive that will kill it.
What do I do know.

They tend to be shy, even more so after a molt (his shell takes a bit to harden). He is probably hiding. Give him a day or two.

Hes probly not dead then. Hes fine but hiding???. well I still dont see him but i will wait a day or so.

Once mine molts I wont see him for days. It is insinct for them to hide after a molt
