My clown fish only using one fin?

Ok I have my clown in a QT tanks with ph, and in the current he swims but only uses one of his side fins. He hardly ever uses the other one. Is this normal? He acts fine, hes really little though. Are the currents to much for him?

LOL it might be since he has the trait. It weird cause he has no visual signs of nto being able to swim correctly.

well is he only using one fin when he is in the current?

trying turning it off for a day or two and that should give u the answer!
