When you say flipped backwards do you mean upside down on its topside? If so it may be dead. Some of my emeralds are white but are healthy. Chipped claws though idk. Is there any inhabitants in your tank that would attack it? Also a picture would be nice if possible.
Yea on its top side and no i dont have any fish that might hurt it.. i only have two clown fish, long noised butterfly and a coral beauty, royal gramma, along with a clean up crew so i dont think they of might attacked it
