my FLAME Angle has ICK! ... help!

I just got home tonight and went to inspect my 25 gallon reef. I got a Flame Angle just last Tuesday and it seems to be doing great, not shy, eating everything I've tried and generally happy looking. I was gone from Thursday until tonight and my brother feed it Marine Flakes. Tonight I noticed a very small white dot on it's tail. I've seen ick a few times, but I'm not positive this it the only thing it could be, ... any suggestions on the diagonsis? Most importantly how do I help it???

copper sulfate in a hospital tank?
remove it manually?
freshwater dip?
add a cleaner shrimp?

Have you checked the water parameters to make sure he is not stressed. He sounds like he`s ok but I`d check to be sure. Some small water changes would not hurt. I`m sure others will chime in. Have a good day
