I think these are sponges i don't know. never had this b4 but i just did water change

i have two random little guys like this, they are growing very very very slowly and sometimes open a little tiny bit, maybe one day they will get bigger...hmmm??

Guys i found the problem!!!! it was one of those puple ish things that go in a swirl shocking the polyps. Is there any way that i can get rid of these.
