My New Star Is In Trouble!

How long did you aclimate him? That could be the problem.
Keep the water quality high, don't try and move him. He may adjust and stars have amazing regeneration abilities.

Don't get me wrong, the acclimation could be fatal. I'll keep my fingers crossed. :|

What type of star is it? I know that if you touch a linka star the oils from you skin can kill them. Like QS says acclimation with stars is very important. How long did you acclimate it for and what was the method.

I had the same star melt die yesterday. It just started melting away.
