My Sailfin TANG has the ICH!!!!!

I don't know how he got it, he never brushes against the rocks, maybe he ain't eating because i got him tuesday, or maybe because my pH is 8.0, or maybe he had it in his gills originally, all he does is go up and down the side of the tank.

Anyone have a solution to cure the ich, and I don't have a quarantine tank

How do you know he has ick. Does he have white salt grain like bumps on him? The only real way is to QT your fish. But if you dont plan on getting one make sure your tank water is good using test kits and then feed your tang veggie selects or nori or maybe some calerpa which will help his immune system but all this is speculation without the QT. Ick does not just go away as long as it has a host to settle on. That`s why your tank must be fishless for 6-8 weeks to get rid of the parasite. Good luck
