My snowflake eel

I have had my snowflake eel for a year now. He is about 30" long. He is in a 98 gallon cube tank with a niger trigger, a koran angel, and 4 small damsels. He has always been very healthy and usually eats every few days. For the last week he is acting strange. He is poking his head out in different areas of rock. He has not ate in over 2 weeks and one of his eyes looks kind of dim. Any ideas? All tests on water show good and nothing has changed. Not sure how I could try to get him out to QT. Thanks for any help!

He is very pale. I still can't get him to eat. I am going to try to qt him.
