Well the zoas that look orange haven't grown any neither has the sympodium. Everything is open.

Everything looks good? Maybe up the PH and maintain it at 8.3, especially for frags. The sympodium likes a lot of water flow and to be on the sand bed or a bit higher up. If none of that works try some "coral vital" by Marc Wisse, It's expensive but it does the trick!
