Need Help To Confirm A Sick Clown fish With popeye

Hi All Reef Lovers.

Please please help. Can someone take a look at my poor clown his eyes are completely black and bulging . Sorry about the bad picture quality. He was my first fish when i set up this tank just before Christmas . he is always at the top of tank now.

Hard to see much, but illness in fish like this is always the result of poor water quality.
Weekly 10% water changes should be part of your maintenance to prevent this along with feeding sparingly and filtration to remove any chunks or whatever.
With that said, large water changes to get the parameters under control should address the problem with time.
