Nemo MIA! Where did he go?

I got 2 clowns yesterday (first fish). This morning I was watching them swim around and then suddenly I couldn't find one. He's been missing now for about 4 hours. I looked around the tank to see if he jumped out. Looked in the overflow and the sump (although I can't imagine how he'd get in there). Is it common for them to just hide in a rock for a while?

sure it is, not uncommon at all, he may have got lost in the rock. Do you have a lot of rock work?

I hope that's what he did. I have 60# LR and another 75# base rock. Plenty of hiding spots for a tiny, young clown.

Well after about 9 hours of not being able to find him, he's back swimming around in plain view! I'm so happy!
