New mark on my favorite fish :(

My favorite fish fred the white cheek tang has a wierd circile like mark on his side that I noticed today. He's eating find and swimming like normal but the mark has me worried because he's by favorite. Anybody know what this is?

My brother just suggested that it looks as if my blenny bit him. It does look like the marks my bi-color leaves all over the glass when he's scraping for algae. Any opinions on this?

Well, it does look like a blenny mark, but it looks awful big for a bi-color bite.
