Picked up a frag of Rasta zoas 2 days ago for 25$ with about 12-15 heads and the day and night I got them all the heads were open but yesterday and today so far only 5-6 ish have been open and the rest closed. Parameters are good and I did a 25% water change yesterday. I’m very confused because of the few that are fully open. Is this just a part of them adjusting to the new tank or does it warrant concern. Thanks!

They're all individual while being together. Sometimes they are all open and sometimes only some. If it continues for weeks than it may be an imbalance

Could be anything from a hermit crab walking over top of them. I wouldn't be concerned unless it continues.
