Niger trigger

I have a Niger trigger he is about 2 inches in size. About a month ago I upgraded to a 110. Since the trigger has been in his new tank his eye has been puffy with what looks like a piece of cotton on it. His color is also blotchy. He is eating. Any ideas at to what is wrong with his eye?

Idk what's wrong but I would use melafix and pimafix together. It's really good for fungus and stuff. Hope he gets better!
