No idea what's coming out of my torch!

So I got a new torch coral today. And after putting it into my tank I noticed a weird thing almost pulsing out of two of the heads. I have no idea what it is and could use some help.

It's like a white tube or something and a feather looking thing coming out of it.

I had one in my torch as well! It seemed to irritate my torch, so I dug in there and removed what ever it was and the torch did better

Now am officially convinced that nothing comes for free.



My wife love it and I thought this one type of feathers. Do you recommend to kill it? I am thinking to block the hole by small rock

since you can see the whole tube in that pict why not remove the tube
all a small rock will do is cause it to find another way out thats not solving the problem

I tried picking him but he retreated very fast and it seems that there is another hole that he can hides there. I managed to catch it once from the tube but it was cut easily.

I would remove the tube, even if you crush it! If it is effecting your torch!
