No quarantine tank

I have a 46 gal bow front with pounds of live rock also got some coral growing in it. My question is sincs i dont have a quarantine tank and one of my fish get sick or ich does this hurt anything in my tank ie anemone, other fish, live rock, and coral Thanks

If it is ich, it will likely infect your other fish as well. You should really look into getting a QT. If space is an issue even a small 10 gal can work in a pinch.

I see i have a little 10 gal fresh water do you think if i clean it out i should let it dry for a couple days or just start filling it back up

honestly i went to walmart spent 45 bucks got a 10 gallon aquarium set with a heater and used the water from my pwc...45 to save a few hundred in fish is well worth it...
