One tomato clown passed away and the other one looks fuzzy?

I have been reading several threads about ich. My last remaing clown looks sick with a peach fuzz but no noticable white spots. He does not seem to like the light either. All levels are fine. Please help. If he does pass on what should I do about the tank? I do have corals and cleaner shrimp.

Hard to tell without more information. Does the "peach fuzz" more resemble cotton tufts or a milky coating? What other fish do you have and can you get a QT set up?
