orange lip naso!!

i think my fish is dying i have an orange lip naso it was eating when once stoped know it stand down at a side its still breading but her body became thin, is there something to do ?

I am sorry to hear that aarref. What are your water parameters? What size tank do you have? Bio load? Any additional information you can provide will help you get some possible answers quicker.
