Pest eating my stylo?

I recently have been losing all my sps in my nano and it is not from bleaching. For the most part everything is has been stable with normal 20% weekly water change.

Below is a pic of my stylo that appears to have bite marks on the trunk of the coral. Anyone's thoughts? Similar things have happened to my digi and birds nest one at a time

How are the parameters and any recent changes?

I was out of town for awhile and it looks like nitrates creeped up to 30. Wc over the next couple days. For the longest time my nitrates stayed near zero with my standard 30%wc and stopped testing for it. Hindsight I prolly should have kept testing. Dumb on my part but I guess this hobby proves you always need to test and not get in a routine like that
