Ph keep dropping in my 6 g reef tank. What should i do to keep it stable. No3 10.

More oxygen will raise pH. So a fan ontop of the tank blowing across the waters surface. Usually, tank ph is lower than normal during winter months due to furnaces running and windows/doors not being open.

I have the tank near a window and a way from sin light. I don't think air is an issue.

Not air, fresh air. You can test ph with the window open and closed. It'll be higher with it open. Close the window after and test again and it'll be down again. Some that struggle with ph during the winter months will run a piece of airline tubing out the window from their protein skimmer, as an example, to give a raise in their ph until spring comes when it'll level out due to windows and doors being opened more often and heaters/furnaces not running.
