"Pimple" on clownfish

I have 3 fish in my QT right now and they all are eating and seem normal. I noticed on my clownfish he has a white bump on the tip of his bottom fin. No irregular spots on any of the other fish. I did a couple treatments of parasite meds and it did not go away. Do you have any idea what this might be? It looks like a white pimple. It is not slimey and there is only 1 present. I don't want to transfer them in to my display tank if it is bacterial or parasitic. Thanks.

Sounds like lymphocystis. It usually goes away with improved water quality.

I don't think it is lymphocystis because it is just one small bump. It might just be an injury healing possibly? Does lymphocystis have a cluster of bumps?
