Pink feather duster?

Hey, i have a pink feather duster i discovered today in my tank (as well as 2 hawaiian feather dusters im pretty sure) and im wondering what the name of the pink one is. 1 more thing, i also saw things that appeared to kinda look like shells, but they were red, and had white dots on them. very small. could you identify them also? thanks.

I love it when i get free hitchhikers (especially good ones )
