Please help me identify these sickness/parasites

Red spot on top of fin?

Greyish fungus looking thing on bottom right fin?

Any help is appreciated. I'm thinking that maybe this Hawaii weather is too hot for the tank, need to purchase a chiller soon. Want to treat them asap.
