Sorry, if you look closely on his side, his scales are kinda roughed up and scratchy
Looks like a case of scratchy, roughed up scales. Another case soooolved...
...Kind of hard to tell, but if you list if there has been some abnormal behavior patterns, your water chemistry, what else is in the system, etc. it would be helpful. Oh, and a clearer pic if possible (we're so needy!).
