Possible dying Kenya Tree

Over this last weekend I bought a small Kenya Tree Frag and it's been looking really wilted and sick, so I moved it onto a higher rock and noticed a maroon spot on its base with a red liquid leaking out. I'm not sure what this means, and will it hurt my other corals and fish?

Well I'm just worried that if I don't do anything soon, it'll be too late.

I considered that, but I don't have it by any other corals.

Yeah. My ammonia's a tiny bit high, but not high enough to do any damage.
