possible sick clownfish

My oscellaris clown seems to have these little circular orangish tanish looking freckles on the top of his head. He seems to be eating and acting the same as he did before they appeared on him about 2 days ago. I am trying to get a decent picture but he keeps swimming away when i try to get in close.
