I wish I had pictures but he said his fish, I think an angel? Was doing fine a week ago now it got bloated and started getting raised scales. Not dropsy, he started treating it, I wish I remembered with what but scales are falling off and his fish isn't as bloated now. I found a similar picture on Google...... *note* this is not the actual fish. But it's the closest I can find.

You would need to provide more info for help here - if you could find out the type of fish, how long they have had it and what size tank it's in. Other tank mates as well?

Just got these pictures. It's in a 150, and it's not losing scales it's just getting these white spots. And I'm still waiting to hear back about how long he's had it.

It is an angelfish. It isn't a Koran angel...there is another that looks just like it that name isn't coming to me ATM.
It is showing signs of stress. What other tank mates does it have? What are the current parameters? How long has he owned it?

Don't Koran (or similar looking tangs) starting looking like that when they are morphing in to adulthood? Btw you remember what this tang is called?
