PUFFER FISH REALLY SICK HELP HELP HLEP!!!!

Hey everyone I had this puffer fish for about 6 months and it was doing great all of a sudden the last 2 weeks he does not eat and his left eye is all fogged up what can I do I think he might die anytime and I don't want that to happen !!! I tryed to clean his tank again and still didn't solve it! Can someone please HELP ME! MY FISH!!!

im assuming its not a reef tank , but is there live rock, could try hypo-salinity where u siginifacantly lower the salinity, this isnt good for inverts, also what are the nitirite, nitrate ammonia, and ph and salinity levels. copper based treatments may work, again this will kill any invert including lr.

btw sounds like parasites

If I do all of this should I then maybe eat? He like starts to sink to the bottom of the tank.

Water are your water paremeter? Tankmates? Any recent additions? Any other symtoms, white dots on his body or fins? Rapid gilling? Can you get us a pic?
