Puffer has lymphocystvirus

Anyone have any advice on helping 7 inch porcupine puffer recover from lymph. I have been water changing every other day and fortifying food with fatty acids and garlic. It's one spot on his pectoral fin.

Still improving? There is no med to help that I really know of (there might be some that cross over from bacterial to help but a> not really available and b> seems just suggestions).
