puffer has pellet stuck on tooth

kind of funny my baby puffer has a pellet stuck on his tooth
kind of looks like Rudolph the red nosed reindeer
should i try to remove it or leave it alone let it desolve on its own
he still seems to be able to eat just fine
it dont seem to bother him
