Puffer with Ick!

Can someone please tell me if this is Ick? My puffer seems fine, he's eating and swimming

Yeah on all fins. Little white specks. What do I use to cure? I don't have a qt and am new to the salt water scene....

you have to increase the water temperature i will google this as im not familiar to how much in the salt water fish aquariums.

I've raised it to 82 degrees. Should I go higher?

Raising temps does nothing for marine ich. All your fish need to be treated in a qt tank. puffers do not tolerate copper since they are scaleless you should look into hyposalinity treatment.
