Puffing mushroom?

One of my mushrooms just puffed up like a balloon. Any ideas what's going on? Here is a photo before and now. You cam see it in the first photo near the middle on a rock with various corals, it's been flapping more and more in recent days, as if it's looking to disconnect from it's rock. In the second photo it just looks like a balloon.

Any advice is appreciated.

Odd but it went back to normal...there is something new every minute with this aquarium, very entertaining and nerve wrecking in equal measure.
