I have had my fish in a qt since september 25 because I thought they had ICK. I treated them with instant ocean lifeguard and them seem better. My dt has the inverts and rock from the same tank my fish were in. Is it safe to put my fish in my dt now? Or should I wait a little longer?

I'd wait a few more weeks. If it was ich - it can live for 6-8 weeks without a fish host. That means your main tank will need to be fishless for that long just to be safe.

I'm not sure about any treatments for ich other than copper or hyposalinity. I'm using the hypo treatment right now and that alone takes 4 weeks minimum.

It's up to you, but it would be a shame to have to start over :(

What kind of fish? Are you sure it was ich?

yes if it was ich your going to want to leave your dt fishless for at least 6 weeks, or the cysts will just hatch and jump back on your fish, some say 8 weeks but most people seem to do fine with 6 weeks
