Question and Recommendations....

I have been chatting on the sick fish section about a tang that I have in QT with HLLE. Can someone tell me where you get your vitamins, flake food, and such. Specifically Im looking for:
Omega One Food
Macro Algea
Red Glacerleria
Juliang Sea Veggies
Im looking to get my regal back in shape and make sure he is getting a well rounded diet. Many thanks to Steve for helping me with this as well!!!!!

I get my vitamins from a very good LFS that I frequent. The Nori that I get is from a chain store called Meijer, kind of like a K-Mart/Walmart and Food store in one.
The Nori there is so much cheaper than at the LFS.

If you can't find the stuff you need locally, try some of the online vendors here. CaptiveReefs.com is have a special for AA members running until the end of the month..10% off anything.

I have purchased some things last week from them. Very quick shipping I might add.

Hope this helps you out some.
