I have had two perculas in my quarentine tank for about three weeks now. One of them seems to have brooklynella hostilaris since he's breathing hard and not too interested in food and also has a milky white slimy film on certain parts of his body. The salinity in the Q tank is 1.008-09. I added about 8 drops of quick cure to the tank water today. I heard that malachite green and formalin, which are the main ingrediants in quick cure, clears up brooklynella effectively. The instructions say to dose every day at one drop per gallon. Should I go by that or is there another dosage I should really follow? I really need some advice, THANKS.

Formalin dips are the way to cure that parasite. Hypo and copper will not work.
Read srgetz's link, it will help you.

web page on brooklynella

your web page about brooklynella isn't working. I just got a blank page when I clicked on your link. It must have been removed or down. Thanks
