How long does it usually take for hyposalinity to completely heal a fish of ich?
thanks!

You continue for 4 weeks after the last visible cyst and the fish is breathing normally. That time will vary to get to that point. Make sure you use a refractometer and have good water circulation.

If you are doing the fallow DT along with hypo, it is good to go about 6-8 weeks to allow that Ich to die off due to no hosts.

What would you recommend for measurements. I've heard anything from 1.08 to 1.015. I'm at about 1.011 right now and was considering staying there, or do you think i should lower it more. I just want to be on the safe side. My pufferfish is doing ALOT better but he still has some cysts on his fins, which is my concern, since its obviously not gone yet
