I've had my zoas for about 2 months. When I first got the frag there was hardly any rock exposed, now it looks like the tissue is receding. I found aptasia on it a couple of weeks ago and thought I had killed it, but now it has come back (I used pickling lime). Is the aptasia the culprit or something else?

They could be but there could be other culprits also. Have you ruled out water problems?

No ammonia or nitrites, nitrates a little high at 10 ,SG 1.025, PH 8.0 a little low, ALK =3.5 meqL ,Calc 400, PO4= .2 /.3
I have them at the top of my tank under 64w PC. All the polyps are open, or at least they were before I pickled that aptasia again. I plan on doing a PWC tomorrow or maybe tonight, I trust your judgment.
