Restarting my 72 Bow

Hello everyone, Ive been running my 72 for about 7 years now. I have close to over 100 lbs of live rock. ProClear 150 wet/dry with skimmer, and an Eheim 2217 canister. Everythings been great up until 2 years ago.. the fish started dying. My numbers are always at avg levels. I originally started the tank with 35 lbs of rock then bought more off a friend and a local fish shop over time. I think the problem may have started as I started introducing more rock. Im getting sick of spending $$$$ on new fish and watching them die away. Im considering cleaning out the tank and bleaching everything and starting all over, I mean from scratch!!! Any opinions on this? Also i have multiple powerheads so there is a lot of water circulation and oxygen.

you are going to have the same problem if you start from scratch. what do "average levels" mean?
how many fish?
what fish?
how often and how much are you feeding?
how often are you doing water changes?
