Ricordea Help

Okay so my ricordea first day attached to my rock and was looking really great and maybe three days later detached himself and I've had him in a cup with rubble for two days and he keeps rolling over or getting blown over I'm not sure which so I've got him on a rock and he looks partially attached but he's been curled up.

Should I just leave him be and see if he attaches fully in the next day?

I don't want to glue him if at all possible. I had a hard time getting him off the rock and plug he was attached to. Could I have damaged his foot? I really don't think I cut him, I just gently pried until he finally let loose.

Any thoughts? Is this normal?

Doesn't look too bad, but I'd keep an eye on it. It can take a little while for them to attach, and in the meantime you could rubber band it to the rock.

if they dont like their spot theyll detach and go with the flow. itll attatch where it settles. if you want put it in a shotglass with some rubble in the tank and after a few days itll attatch.
