is it flat worm or tape worms are the only worms that i know that can be bad to humans and you can some times find on rock. a tape worm is really really bad

I once got tape worm a few years ago from eating one of those cheap kids meal tv dinner, it was called kids cuisine, and ever since I got tape worms from it I didnt eat that brand of tv dinners no more! I jusrt went to a drug store and got some pill that worked great!
