Rose tip Buble tip Anemone

Have had my rose bubble tip anemone for a couple months now and for the last 4-6 weeks he doesn't inflate his "bubble" tips and now with in the last week or so he has been moving around a lot trying to find it seems to be the darkest place in the tank. Any suggestions or comments, he is so far under a rock that I have not been able to feed him in a week. Don't know what to do?

What kind of light fixture and what is the tank size? Did you test your water parameters? If so what are the resuts?
