Rosebud anemone sick/dying?

Here are two pics...taken two hours apart tonight it looked the worst at 6pm and a little better at 8.... I took my 6 bulb t5 lighting unit to my LFS today for new bulbs and recommended placement so until I got home it had no light since they went off yesterday. When I first got the Rosebud it looked good, went in the tank after acclimation and went into rocks and hid, then recently came out but hasn't looked as good as the day I got it. I was told I wasn't running my white lights long enough (3 hrs) as apposed to my blues which run nearly 12 hrs...
Any advice?

Beautiful nem. When you say blues do you mean actinic? You should run them together with your whites around 6-8 hours a day, some people run the actinics an hour before and after as well. These guys love the light!

I run my atinics an hour before and them both whites and atinics together during the day and atinics an hour before bed
