Royal Gramma floating on top

I went to check my tank and found my royal gramma floating on top I just introduced a yellow tang about 2 weeks ago. My water perameters are fine and I've had the gramma for about 4 months so I know he Was healthy any ideas?

Are you sure the parameters are "fine?" I don't think I have ever seen a dead fish in my tank floating. Was the Yellow Tang harrassing the Gramma?
