After bringing home a Saddleback from the lfs where he was swimming great I put him in my tank and he immediately started swimming in a bobbing motion like he had no use of his Caudal fin (tail) which curls back slightly towards his body. Is this injury curable? Did this most likely happen when the lfs netted him or on the transport home? It is hard to tell once they are bagged if anything out of the norm.

It is a sign of stress, clowns will often swm that way, even when they aren't stressed. Give it a day or two before you start to worry.
