Sailfin Tang

I had a Sailfin Tang for about a year in a half always seemed healthy, he bonded with me, but a couple of days ago I found him dead, all of my other fish are fine, can't understand what happened, I change my water 20% every month. My water parameters are fine . I'm devastated

Can you tell us more about the system? What are the current parameters? Were there any changes recently?

In my dealings with fish out of the blue up and dieing. Its been my opinion, that once a fish starts to get alittle pushed around in the tank, they tend to call it quits. Did you visibly see him eat eveytime you added food to the tank?
