Earlier this week I come home to all of my corals freaking out. After doing some tests my copper was at .5. Scary number I know.

All of the corals I transferred to the frag tank are looking better but the galaxy coral. Half of it is covered in a pink film. ImageUploadedByAquarium Advice1453839748.724708.jpg
How do I save it??

I removed all visible 'jelly' last night. But when I came downstairs to check on the tank half of the jelly came back. Would it be possible to frag this coral

You can, but a coral dip will be necessary to try to solve the problem. In such dip, you'll want to remove as much of the jelly as possible to avoid it returning.

What would be the best product to use in the dip
