Would this coral be able to recover ?

With proper acclimation, stable parameters...I don't see it wouldn't be in the realm of possibilities.

Looks like it has taken a turn for the worse . Now the mouth is open . Here are my last test results , looks like I have ammonia , can that be the culprit?

I would say it is most likely the culprit. You need good and stable parameters for coral to come back.
