I bought a torch coral frag from a frag swap this past weekend. Didn't realize that it was shattered when I bought it. It is only one head and broke off into 3 pieces, I mistakenly ripped them apart instead of trying to maybe tie it together. Anyways it looks still alive but not quite sure.

I glued 2 of the pieces to my rock, the third which was pretty small I threw away. Do you guys think this is salvageable? Seems like the tentacles are inflated with water like the frogspawn and hammer.

Yep looks fine! I've broken off heads of my torch before on purpose and they've been fine. I believe they only need a small part of skeleton (on the bottom, not counting the fleshy part) to survive.
