Should I get a small HOB filter for QT in HYPO

Hi Everyone
I'm in the process of treating an ich outbreak using the HYPO method in a 20 gal long tank with 1 powerhead, 1 strip light a heater and a couple of pieces of live rock and wanted to know if it would be a good idea to pick up a small HOB filter for the tank.

I treat my porcupine before with hypo method, IMO I think a HOB won't hurt.
just make sure u wash it before u use it in other way.

An hob or sponge filter is recommended.
